Fiesta Fresh Mexican Grill

I was in town visiting from Arizona and was craving some Mexican food and with a quick search this place popped up first and I’m so glad it did. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t believe how friendly everyone was. The burrito I had was incredible and tasted so fresh. The salsa bar and complimentary chips and salsa was also a happy surprise. As an Arizonan who knows good Mexican food I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in town.

Have been eating here for years when on vacation and it’s always the same wonderful experience!! Staff is amazing and friendly and food is always delicious. Someone is always cleaning and they make sure you’re taken care of. We haven’t eaten anything that wasn’t absolutely delicious - from tacos, refried beans, chimichangas, rice, and other items. Ingredients are super fresh and portions are plentiful. Don’t miss an opportunity to eat here!!

Fast food Mexican Spot?! You have found the place! Looks like a typical food place for casual dining. This place is in Hilton Head and we went there for a quick meal. The people are so nice in there. There are plenty of options to pick from for everyone. Their food was piping hot and delicious. Good queso, salsa and chimichangas. Fresh ingredients! Check them out!

We come every year and really look forward to it! Only Mexican we will eat on the island. It’s authentic and fresh! Seriously best flavors. The agua Frescas are AMAZING! Prices are great too. Must try if you’re in town!!! Their homemade salsas are sooo delicious too and you can serve yourself!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Mexican restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! I ordered the carnitas burrito, and it was absolutely delicious – generously sized, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The pork was tender and juicy, wrapped in a warm tortilla with just the right amount of seasoning and toppings. The service was another highlight – warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff really care about making sure guests have a great experience. To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality of the food. Whether you're craving a hearty burrito or just looking for a laid-back place with great vibes, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back soon!

Had the steak tacos and they were excellent. The salsa bar was fresh with plenty of great options and everything had amazing flavor. Will definitely be back.

We walked in and made our way to the counter to order. The lady at the register was friendly and patient while we decided on our orders. She told us about the specials that were available and showed us the combo plates listed on the side wall. She was knowledgeable about which items could be prepared gluten free and helped us make substitutions so my son could enjoy what he wanted. After ordering, we quickly found a table and visited the salsa bar while we waited. But we didn't have to wait long. Our food was brought out quickly. Everything was exactly as ordered and delicious. If there was one small critique, it would be about the excessive use of styrofoam. I wish they either used reusable dishes or something slightly more eco-friendly. But otherwise, no complaints!
